Cooked, or should I say, "boiled" in wood fired oven.

This recipe was told to me by my Italian friend, Alessandra, cheers to her :)
- 400g white flour, the type that the white bread is made from, “pane pugliese” for instance.
- 1 table spoon of olive oil.
- 1 doze of yeast (fresh) dissolved in warm (not hot!) water.
- a bit of salt.
Make sure the dough is smooth, but not sticky. Mix all ingredients and then add salt at the end! Do not overwork the dough, otherwise the yeast dies. Leave the dough in warm place (25 C) for 4 hours, eg. place it in the oven without heating.
Bake pizza in as hot as possible oven, > 250 C.
