Italian risotto with mushrooms and chicken

Toast the rise (after onion) without browning. Add wine, cook it off. Add hot chicken stock, 1 part of rise 3 parts of stock.

Ingredients:
Arborio rise
White wine
Shallots (onions)
Garlic
Thyme
Parmesan cheese
Butter
Mushroom
Chicken
Parsley
